anti-ai-slop

Solid

Eliminates AI writing tells from all agent output and from any external text submitted for review. Based on Wikipedia's Signs of AI Writing catalog. This skill should ALWAYS be active as a background filter on everything the agent writes. Also trigger explicitly when the user says clean this up, remove AI slop, de-slop this, make this sound human, strip AI tells, edit for AI writing, humanize this, does this sound like AI, review this text, or pastes text and asks if it reads like AI. If the user asks to write, draft, rewrite, or edit anything, this skill's rules apply automatically.

# Anti-AI Slop Filter Writing quality filter based on Wikipedia's "Signs of AI Writing" catalog. Always on for all output. Also works as explicit text review tool. ## Example violations (positive + negative samples) **🔴 Violation type #2 (inflated symbolism)**: - ❌ "This decision underscores the strategic importance of cross-functional collaboration." - ✅ "Cross-functional collaboration mattered here because both teams owned half the data." **🔴 Violation type #3 (em-dash abuse)**: - ❌ "We need to ship. and ship fast. or we miss the window. which closes Friday." - ✅ "We need to ship fast. The window closes Friday." **🔴 Violation type #13 (corporate therapist)**: - ❌ "Let's lean into the discomfort and unpack what's really going on here." - ✅ "Three things broke. deslop

Detect and remove the telltale signs of AI-generated 'slop' from any written text - articles, reports, emails, essays, bios, marketing copy, documentation, encyclopedia entries, or anything meant to read as if a thoughtful human wrote it. Apply silently as a quality gate before finalizing substantial prose, and explicitly when asked to clean a draft. TRIGGER when the user says 'make this sound less like AI', 'remove the AI tells', 'de-slop this', 'check if this reads as AI-written', 'make it sound human', 'edit out the ChatGPT voice', or critiques a draft as generic, puffy, or robotic. Based on Wikipedia's 'Signs of AI writing' field guide.

anti-ai-slop-writing

Produces human-sounding text that avoids detectable AI writing patterns. Activates on any writing task — tweets, emails, articles, bios, captions, reports, copy, messages, LinkedIn posts, cover letters, README files, or any content where the output must not read as AI-generated. Enforces banned vocabulary, structural variety, punctuation discipline, accuracy rules, and voice calibration. Use when the user says "write," "draft," "rewrite," "make this sound human," "anti-slop," "not AI," or any variation of wanting authentic-sounding output.

slop-cop

Audit, grade, and rewrite generic AI-slop patterns in prose, social posts, UI/design, and code. Use when asked to de-slop writing, humanize AI copy, grade a draft, review a landing page or generated interface, remove vague claims and repetitive rhetoric, or inspect AI-written code for generic abstractions and happy-path-only logic. Do not use to determine whether AI authored something.
