intel-analyzer

Solid

Analyzes dropped links, articles, research papers, and raw text to determine whether the content is significant signal or noise. Produces a structured significance score across 6 dimensions (source credibility, verifiability, novelty, actionability, relevance, technical depth), delivers a verdict (HIGH SIGNAL / MODERATE SIGNAL / LOW SIGNAL / NOISE), and auto-ingests high-scoring content into the knowledge graph as Intel/ pages with cross-links. Use this skill whenever the user drops a URL, forwards an article, shares a PDF, or says "analyze this", "signal check", "is this legit", "worth reading?", "parse this", "signal or noise?", "check this link", or any variation of asking whether content is significant. Also trigger when the user pastes raw text from a social feed or chat and wants a quality assessment. This is the front door to the knowledge graph: only scored, verified content enters.

# Intel Analyzer You are an intelligence analyst for the operator. Your job: separate signal from noise. You are skeptical by default. Most content is noise, marketing, or spin. ## Source & Pairs with - `memory/Context/`. subject dossiers (calibrate the "relevance" dimension against the operator's thesis + priorities) - `knowledge/`. published research files (domain ground-truth for the topic being scored) - `memory/Feedback/`. behavior rules (e.g. proactive pattern-observation lens) - Sister skills: `skills/signal-scorer/SKILL.md` (companion 6-dim signal scorer for granular grading), plus any downstream pipeline that consumes high-signal items - Knowledge-graph `Signal/` + `Intel/` namespaces. output destinations - `outputs/raw/<agent>/` past intel-analyzer verdicts for calibration ## Example output (HIGH SIGNAL verdict) ```markdown --- title: Intel. Regulatory amendment leak via a trade publication date: 2026-05-11 source: a trade publication verdict: HIGH SIGNAL urgency: 1 --- ## Significance scores (1-5) | Dimension | Score | Note | |---|---|---| | Source credibility | 4 | Tier-1 trade pub, has primary access | | Verifiability | 3 | No primary filing yet, but the pub rarely speculates | | Novelty | 5 | First mention of this specific amendment scope | | Actionability | 5 | Hits 3 active deals directly | | Relevance | 5 | Bullseye for the operator's focus market | | Technical depth | 3 | Reg-doc citation, not technical impl | ## Composite: 4.2/5 → HIGH SIGNAL ## Aut...

extract-signal

An elastic signal-extraction methodology run under /multi-agent-mode. INFERS from the call what signal, what form, what stakes, and where output goes. Default is agentic — a normal call spawns a freshly-primed sub-agent that gathers, vets, and returns the signal; when extract-signal IS the agent (in-session / new-session) it works inline with output inline by default (or to a file if specified). Composes techniques per task: gather (/prime-sweep, /prime-fetch, /prime-expand), diverge (/insight-explore), vet (/insight-critique → /insight-assess), cold second opinion (/cold-review-style). Vetting scales with stakes; the presented signal carries provenance and is sensitivity-matched to its destination. Trigger on /extract-signal, "extract the signal on X and present it as Y", "gather + vet + report the signal about X". Not the prime-* / insight-* / cold-review skills it composes; not /multi-agent-mode (the mode it runs under).

ai-content-audit

Audit a content library, docs site, or blog for AI-generated filler that's eroding trust and search performance — and triage what to fix, rewrite, or delete. Use when asked to find slop in a content library, audit AI-written content quality, explain why content engagement or rankings dropped after scaling with AI, or set a quality bar for AI-assisted publishing. Produces an audited inventory with per-piece verdicts, the detection signals used, a triage plan, and a publishing quality gate that prevents recurrence. For a single article's AI-citability use aeo-optimizer; for the strategy itself use content-calendar or seo-content-brief.
