# AI Content Disclosure ## Purpose Use this skill to classify content, determine whether a visible AI disclosure is required or advisable, select the appropriate official EU icon, and apply that icon consistently to an image. This skill supports compliance work. It does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee compliance. Article 50 duties depend on the actor's role, the content, the publication context, human review, editorial responsibility, and any applicable exceptions. ## Official terminology Use these labels exactly when selecting an EU icon: - **Fully AI-Generated** - **Partially AI-Modified** - **Basic icon** with a clear custom text label when neither specific label accurately describes the disclosure Do not replace the official labels with ambiguous shorthand in user-facing content. Metadata systems may normalize them internally, but outputs should preserve the official wording. ## When to use Use this skill when an agent is asked to: - publish or prepare AI-generated or AI-modified image, audio, video, or text; - assess whether content is a deep fake or public-interest publication within Article 50(4); - label content voluntarily as a transparency best practice; - place an official EU AI icon on a raster image; - provide disclosure wording, alt text, or a machine-readable manifest; - distinguish visible labelling from provider-side machine-readable marking. ## Required references Read: - `references/article-50-decision-guide.md` - `references/pl
