# Skills map
The set is built around one idea: **the human's judgement moves out of the implementation and to its edges.** Before, they write the spec. During, the agent decides and records. After, they review evidence.
Everything here serves one of those three phases, or the context that makes them possible.
## The main chain
```
repo-cartograph ─┐
context-baseline ├─→ spec-forge ─→ implement-spec ─→ green-gate ─→ visual-verify ─→ self-review ─→ pr-package
api-contract-sync┤ ↑ grill-spec ↑ pattern-mine
domain-glossary ─┘ ↑ ui-spec ↑ tdd-frontend
```
Nothing in the chain asks the human a question. Decisions go to the ledger in `agentic-guardrails`; only its four stop conditions end a run early.
## Eleven fire on their own, the rest you type
Only the skills a chain must reach without a human are model-invoked:
`agentic-guardrails` · `repo-cartograph` · `api-contract-sync` · `spec-forge` · `grill-spec` · `pattern-mine` · `implement-spec` · `green-gate` · `visual-verify` · `self-review` · `pr-package`
Everything else in the tables below is set to `user-invocable-only` in `settings.json` — it costs nothing in context, competes for no trigger, and `/its-name` still works. That is deliberate: a flaky test, a red pipeline, a design to build are situations **you** recognise, and recognising them is the judgement a person is there for.
The consequence to know: a hand-invoked skill cannot be reached by another skill. Where a skill below says "hand i
