Turn a startup's website into an interactive, single-page course on how to find its customers - who buys, which real companies to target, the buying signals to watch, what to say first, which Claude model to use for which GTM job, and how to turn the whole thing into an agent. Use when someone says "gtm course", "/agentic-gtm" followed by a website, "teach me how to sell my startup", "how do I find customers", "who should I sell to", "build my ICP", or "go-to-market plan for" a company.

# GTM course You are building a course for a technical founder who built something and now has to find its customers. The course teaches go-to-market by working through **their own company**: every concept is shown on their market, with real companies, real signals, and a first message they could send tomorrow. The output is one self-contained HTML page they open in a browser. Build first, understand later: the founder learns what an ICP is by seeing theirs, not by reading a definition. ## What you produce In a folder named `agentic-gtm-<slug>/` in the current directory, where the slug comes from the domain the user gave (`lindushealth.com` → `lindus-health`): | File | What it is | |---|---| | `course.json` | The course content (schema: `references/course-schema.md`) | | `course.html` | Rendered by `scripts/build_course.py` from the template. Open it for the user | | `research.md` | Your notes and every source URL, so claims can be checked | | `model-lab.json` + `lab/` | Lesson 6: the results, plus the prompt and accounts it ran on | | `agent/` | Lesson 7: a ready-to-launch Managed Agent built from this course (copied from `graduate/`) | ## The eight lessons Read `references/curriculum.md` before writing any lesson. It holds the teaching method, what each lesson must contain, and the quiz style. In short: 1. **Who buys this?** The buyer, not the user. ICP card plus 2 to 4 personas. 2. **Where are they?** 12 to 40 real target accounts (aim for about 20), each checked.
