load-sessionlisted

Restore the context of one of this project's earlier Claude Code sessions into the current session. Reads the project's .claude config, lists the project's recent sessions for the user to pick from, then reads the chosen transcript and summarizes it as working memory. Use when the user asks to "restore my last session", "continue where I left off", or "load session memory".

# Load Session Memory Your task: help the user restore the context of an earlier Claude Code session for the current project, so they can keep working where they left off. Follow these steps in order. **Reply in the language the user writes in.** Every user-facing string below (table headers, the choice labels, the closing sentence) is just an example — translate it. The argument the user passed, if any: `$ARGUMENTS` If that holds a number (`/load-session 3`), skip Step 5 and load that session directly. If it is empty, run the whole flow and let the user pick. ## Step 1 — Set up a scratch directory and find an interpreter All generated files go in a scratch directory **outside the user's project**, so the repo is never polluted: ```bash mkdir -p ~/.claude/tmp/load-session ``` Now find a working Python 3 interpreter. Try each candidate in order until one actually runs — do not assume `python` exists: ```bash for c in python python3 py; do "$c" -c "import sys;print(sys.version)" 2>/dev/null && echo "USE=$c" && break; done ``` Use whichever one succeeded (call it `<PY>` for the rest of these steps). If none work, tell the user this skill needs Python 3 on `PATH` and stop. Scratch files used below: | File | Purpose | |------|---------| | `~/.claude/tmp/load-session/list_sessions.py` | list recent sessions | | `~/.claude/tmp/load-session/extract_session.py` | extract one session to text | | `~/.claude/tmp/load-session/session_dump.txt` | the extracted transcript to rea
