# Token Analysis Skill Founder-first research framework for early-stage crypto tokens. Evaluate tokens systematically, manage a watchlist, and monitor positions. For deep analysis, read `references/playbook.md` in this skill's directory — it contains the investment philosophy (metagame lifecycle, attention theory, probabilistic thinking) that informs every evaluation. For a completed example showing expected depth and tone, see `references/example-analysis.md`. ## Analysis Framework **Always verify token identity by contract address + chain before analysis.** Ticker symbols are not unique — multiple tokens can share the same symbol. Use the contract address from DexScreener as the canonical identifier. When evaluating any token, assess these in order: ### 1. Founder / Dev Deep Dive (MOST IMPORTANT) - Find the dev/founder's X/Twitter account. Search for their recent tweets, bio, follower count. - Background: prior projects, exits, credentials. - Social graph: who follows them? Notable backers/mutuals? Quality of engaged accounts (builders vs bots). - Activity: posting frequency, shipping updates, engagement levels. - Red flags: anonymous with no history, inactive, only posting price action. - If no founder/dev can be identified, flag this as a significant risk factor. Anonymous with no history is a red flag — not a dealbreaker if product traction is strong, but requires higher conviction on other criteria. - Always hyperlink: `[@dev](https://x.com/dev)` ### 2. okx-dex-token

Use this skill for token-level data: search tokens, trending/hot tokens (热门, 代币榜单), liquidity pools, holder distribution (whale/巨鲸, sniper, bundler-tagged holder %), token risk metadata (riskControlLevel, tokenTags, dev stats, suspicious/bundle holding % via advanced-info), recent buy/sell activity, trade feed/逐笔成交/每笔交易/stream trades, top profit addresses, token trade history, detailed price info with market cap volume liquidity and holder count (price-info), or holder cluster analysis (持仓集中度, cluster overview, cluster rug pull risk/跑路风险, new wallet percentage/新钱包持仓比例, holder clusters, 'are top holders in same cluster'). NOTE: if the user wants to write a WebSocket script/脚本/bot, use okx-dex-ws instead.

critical-analyst

Deep critical analysis of any text, document, code, or specification to find contradictions (e.g., code does X but spec says Y), ambiguities (vague terms, undefined criteria, multiple interpretations), inconsistencies (different names for the same concept), and logical gaps (missing steps in reasoning chains) — along with suggestions on how to fix each issue. ALWAYS use this skill when the user asks to review, critique, or analyze a document, codebase, spec, requirements, architecture decision, step-by-step explanation, or any text for quality issues. Use it for requests like "find problems with", "review critically", "check for contradictions", "verify consistency", "analyze for issues", "revisar documento", "analisar especificação", or "encontrar problemas em".

startup-competitors

Deep competitive intelligence for any market. Analyzes competitors' products, pricing, customer sentiment, GTM strategy, and growth signals using real web data. Produces battle cards, pricing landscape, and feature matrix. Use when the user wants to understand their competitive landscape, analyze competitors, compare products in a market, or research who they're competing against. Triggers for "who are my competitors", "competitive analysis", "competitor research", "battle cards", "pricing comparison", "competitor pricing", "market players", "competitive intelligence", "competitive landscape", "who else is in this space", "competitive moat", or any request to profile, compare, or map competitors in a category. Works standalone — no prior startup-design session needed.
