Decide how many Winners a giveaway has, whether Prizes are tiered, how and when Winners are drawn, verified, contacted and announced, and what the redraw and fulfillment rules are. Use when the user asks 'how many Winners', 'should I have runner-up Prizes', 'one Winner or several', 'how do I pick the Winner', 'how to announce Winners', 'what if the Winner doesn't reply' (answered here as the deadline and redraw rule, with the message itself in giveaway-winner-communications), 'daily Winners', 'tiered Prizes', or 'Winner terms'. Platform-neutral. For what the Prize is see giveaway-prize-picker. For the run length see giveaway-timing-and-duration.

# Giveaway Winner Structure Turn a Prize budget into a Winner structure (how many, what tiers, how often) and a drawing, contact and fulfillment process that holds up when a Winner disappears or disputes the result. ## Before starting If `.agents/product-marketing.md` exists in the project (or `.claude/product-marketing.md`), read it first. Ask only for what it lacks: total Prize budget and currency, whether the Prize can be split into units, how many Entrants are expected, where Winners can be, and whether any judging is skill-based. ## What to ask first <!-- generated:asking --> Answer first, ask second. A message that names a task is a request for the work, so do the work. "Walk me through it", "give me ideas", "how long should it run" and a three-word request are all asking you to deliver. Build the best version the message supports, then put the questions that would change it at the end, each one saying what it would change. A reader who wanted an interview would have asked for one. Missing facts narrow the answer, they never cancel it. When you do not know the budget, give the shape of the recommendation and the typical figures for a campaign like theirs, and say the pricing waits on their number. When you do not know the country, give everything that does not turn on it. A reader who cannot get the whole answer should still leave holding the yardstick: what a typical campaign looks like, what the default is, and what would move them off it. Handing back only ques
