This skill drafts personalized sales outreach — intro emails, follow-ups, LinkedIn messages, and full email sequences. Use when the user asks to write, draft, or compose any sales communication. Trigger on: 'draft an email to X', 'write outreach for X', 'compose a follow-up', 'write a LinkedIn message', 'draft the sequence', 'write an intro email', 'help me write to this person', 'prepare the emails', 'what should I say to X'. Also use when research and contacts are ready and the user wants to act on them by writing messages. Do NOT use for finding companies (that's research), finding people (that's contacts), or saving drafts to CRM (that's the crm skill — though outreach produces the draft content that crm stores).

# Draft Outreach Writes personalized outreach that earns a conversation. Not a sale. A door opened. ## Before starting 1. Fetch the company voice guide from the Ellypsis gateway (once per session — skip if already in context) — positioning law, credibility lines, and real examples. Never draft without it. 2. **Determine if there's existing CRM history.** Follow-ups, re-engagements, and task-sourced outreach all imply prior context — fetch the CRM pack and run its Complete CRM Lookup before drafting: timeline, previous correspondence, [AI: SIA] notes. Without it you draft blind and risk repeating or contradicting prior outreach. Cold outreach with research fresh in this session needs no lookup. 3. Ask who is sending — it shapes the credibility line, never a signature. 4. Pull specific triggers, projects, and details from research or CRM notes. No concrete specifics, no draft. ## The shape of a message Personal intro with credibility → their specific context from research → what's relevant to them, ordered by relevance → a soft ask → a redirect request when relevant ("if you're not the right contact…"). This is a shape, not a template — the research determines what leads, what's emphasized, what's left out. The voice guide carries the sender-specific credibility lines and real examples. | Type | Words | |------|-------| | Intro | 100–180 | | Follow-up | 50–80 | | LinkedIn | 30–70 | Ceilings, not targets — a busy operator triages email in seconds, and a message past its c
