# Task Triage Review all my non-completed tasks and help me triage them. For each task, consider: 1. **Priority assessment** — is the current priority (immediate/important/backlog/none) correct? 2. **Staleness** — are there tasks that haven't been touched in a while and should be closed or deprioritized? 3. **Quick wins** — identify tasks that could be completed quickly 4. **Dependencies** — are any tasks blocked by other tasks? Group the output by recommended action: - **Do now** — high-impact tasks that should be tackled immediately - **Schedule** — important but not urgent, suggest when to work on them - **Delegate/Automate** — tasks that could be handled by a session - **Drop/Archive** — tasks that are stale or no longer relevant Be opinionated and direct. If something should be dropped, say so.
