# React Native Performance Analyzer
**Scope:** React Native apps only (a `package.json` with `react-native`, optionally Expo — CLI or Expo). Covers JS/TS app code plus `android/` / `ios/` native projects where they affect performance. This is an **analyze-and-fix** skill, not a rewrite tool.
## When To Use
Use when an RN app has: slow startup, laggy scrolling, FlatList/SectionList issues, unnecessary re-renders, slow navigation, heavy screens, memory leaks, large bundle size, poor Android/iOS release performance, native-module bottlenecks, or performance complaints from users/clients/QA/monitoring.
The goal is **not** to blindly optimize. It is to identify the **real bottleneck**, apply **safe fixes**, and **validate the result properly**.
