# Understand the operating system of relations Understand the present object through its sources, the operator relation, domain knowledge, available means and still-pertinent consequences. This competence contributes semantic and systemic understanding to the same kernel movement that forms results. It is not a manager placed above domain competences, nor a prerequisite for ordinary work whose relations are already clear. A person, source, mechanism or kernel can be the object.
