# Sharingan
## Goal
Turn useful third-party resources into durable PM Copilot capability without copying unsafe instructions, incompatible assumptions, license-problematic material, or low-signal content.
Sharingan is a resource assimilation skill. It reviews external repos, docs, prompts, templates, scripts, tools, articles, examples, and workflows, then decides whether to reject, quarantine, adapt, or absorb them into PM Copilot's local agent, skill, reference, script, tool, or artifact system.
## Workflow
1. Intake the resource:
- Identify resource type, source, author or maintainer, version/date, license, and intended use.
- Inspect current primary sources for URLs, live dependencies, packages, marketplace items, or active repos.
- Record what PM Copilot capability the user wants strengthened: discovery, research, requirements, analytics, UI delivery, review, tool governance, artifact packaging, or workflow orchestration.
2. Map PM Copilot fit:
- Check existing agents, skills, tools, artifact contracts, workflow rules, and guardrails before proposing new structures.
- Prefer extending a compatible existing skill over creating a duplicate.
- Preserve one canonical skill per capability type. If the resource overlaps an existing skill, merge the useful workflow, quality bar, script, reference, or example into that skill instead of creating a sibling skill.
- Keep project portability in mind; do not hardwire a single agent runtime unless the resourc
