## 是什么
Business Model Canvas(商业模式画布)把"我们怎么赚钱"这件事,拆成 9 块互相支撑的拼图,让一家公司的价值创造、价值交付和价值获取一页纸看清,避免战略讨论沦为各部门各讲一段。
## 怎么用
1. 先把客户细分(Customer Segments,客户分层)写清楚,没有具体客户的商业模式都是自我感动。
2. 把对每个细分客户的核心价值主张(Value Proposition,价值主张)写成一句客户会复述的话。
3. 顺着右半边把渠道、客户关系补完,确认价值真的能送达和持续。
4. 左半边的关键活动、资源、合作伙伴只填"如果缺了就跑不通"的那几项,避免堆砌。
5. 用底部成本结构和收入流跑一次单位经济(Unit Economics,单位经济模型),确认 LTV(Lifetime Value,客户终身价值)至少是 CAC(Customer Acquisition Cost,获客成本)的 3 倍以上。
