Status for each, received / outstanding / not yet requested. 3. The gaps blocking progress, and what to chase first. 4. Anything received that raises a new question or contradicts something earlier. Rules: Flag missing items commonly forgotten until late (leases, key contracts, tax filings, IP, employment agreements). When I add a document, update the view and tell me what it changes.
