# Client Onboarding and Fulfillment ## Overview Churn is decided in the first 30 days. A client who sees a concrete result early forgives a slow month later; a client who waits three weeks for a kickoff call is mentally gone before the work starts, regardless of what the results eventually look like. The two levers are **speed to first value** and **communication cadence**. Most agencies under-invest in both and then blame results for churn that was actually caused by silence. ## When to Use - A deal just closed and delivery needs to start - Churn is high or clients are disengaged - Building repeatable SOPs for delivery - Preparing a QBR or renewal conversation - A client relationship is deteriorating Don't use for: the sales process (use `sales-call-framework`) or CRM automation build (use `crm-pipeline-ops`). ## The First 30 Days **Day 0 — the moment of signature.** Momentum peaks here and decays immediately. - Welcome email within 15 minutes: what happens next, when, and who to contact - Onboarding form and asset-request list sent immediately - Kickoff call booked **within 48 hours** — not "sometime next week" - Invoice and payment method set up - Client added to the shared communication channel **Days 1–3 — kickoff.** - Confirm goals, and translate them into numbers both sides agree on - Set the definition of success at 30, 60, and 90 days - Collect access: ad accounts, analytics, CRM, domain, social profiles, brand assets - Confirm the single point of contact
