# Social Content Engine ## Overview Organic social fails from inconsistency far more often than from bad content. A system that produces adequate posts every week beats brilliant posts published sporadically, because the algorithms and the audience both reward frequency. The engine has four parts: **pillars** (what you talk about), **formats** (repeatable containers), **a production chain** (one input becomes many outputs), and **a calendar with an owner**. Missing any one and it degrades into ad-hoc posting within a month. ## When to Use - Building or rebuilding an organic social presence - Content output is inconsistent or engagement is flat - Setting up a posting calendar and approval workflow - Repurposing existing long-form content across platforms Don't use for: paid ads (use `paid-media-buying`), clipping workflows specifically (use `short-form-clipping`), or creator partnerships (use `influencer-and-creator-partnerships`). ## Content Pillars Pick 3–5 pillars. Every post belongs to exactly one. Without pillars, output drifts toward whatever is easiest to make, which is usually the least useful content. Standard pillar set for a service business: | Pillar | Purpose | Share | |---|---|---| | **Proof** | Completed work, before/after, results, reviews | 30% | | **Education** | How things work, what to watch for, common mistakes | 30% | | **Behind the scenes** | Crew, process, day in the life, equipment | 20% | | **Point of view** | Industry opinions, what the cat
