Record source type and date. Do not scrape LinkedIn, collect personal data without authority, or infer sensitive traits. ## Workflow 1. Normalize each observation into an evidence row: - exact or faithfully paraphrased language; - source, date, and audience segment; - problem, desired progress, trigger, objection, and attempted alternative; - confidence and missing context. 3. Separate frequency from importance. A rare high-cost problem may matter more than a frequent minor complaint. 4. Cluster evidence by underlying job, not by superficial keyword. 5. Identify tension pairs: current state versus desired state, stated objection versus deeper risk, common belief versus observed reality. 6. Map each cluster to awareness stage and business relevance. 7. Convert strong clusters into content opportunities only when there is a useful insight, proof source, or honest practitioner perspective. 8. Identify what cannot be concluded and design the next five research questions. ## Output Return:
