Rules before starting: - classify the request via the CR Eligibility Check first — proceed only if it resolves to "Change Request"; anything else, refuse and redirect - confirm every one of the original story's in-scope LLD(s) is `approved`/`done` — `LLD-FRONTEND-<id>.md` and `LLD-BACKEND-<id>.md` both, when Layer Scope = both — if any is not, stop and point to /speccraft.tech-design - read `spec/traceability/shared/STORY-DEPENDENCIES.md`; confirm Backward/Forward rows mirror for the story and everything reachable below it - run Pass 1 (read-only): check the story's own backward deps, then walk its forward dependents transitively, pruning unaffected branches, marking compatible ones, tracking visited IDs for a cycle guard - any conflict or integrity error anywhere blocks the entire run — write nothing - only if Pass 1 is fully clean, run Pass 2: write the LLD delta + decomposition delta for the story and every compatible cascaded story, in the companion file(s) each Touchpoint actually names, continuing each story's own ID/task numbering - after producing the bundle (or blocking): output the walked-story list + bundle summary or block reason + minimal handoff block, then STOP - do not self-appro
