# Evidence Synthesis Produce one **Evidence Synthesis** whose coverage, exclusions, conflicts, and certainty can be audited and reproduced. Frame the answerable question, intended decision, population/system/context, intervention or exposure where relevant, outcomes, time horizon, scope, and claim boundary.
