# Statute Locator — Full-Corpus Search & Routing Zero-config beyond firm profile. This is the index skill for the whole marketplace. ## Procedure 1. **Search** `references/full-statute-corpus.csv` (columns: short_title, title_bn, title_en, year, type, repealed, bdlaws_link, ministry_regulator, proposed_plugin_bucket). Search BOTH scripts — post-1987 laws usually exist only under their Bangla short title (the Bangla text prevails for them). 2. **Status check:** if `repealed = Y`, pull the successor line from `references/repealed-statutes.md` and answer with the successor, never the dead act. For 2024-2026 ordinances, attach the Art. 93 ratification caveat from `references/currency-watch.md`. 3. **Deliver:** short title (both languages where available), No./year, one-line scope, bdlaws link, regulator, and the plugin that owns deeper work — suggest its skill. 4. **Miss handling:** if nothing matches, say so and run `/bd-law-watch:update-check --topic all` guidance — a new instrument may postdate the corpus scrape (dated in the corpus header); never invent an act name. ## Guardrails The corpus is an index, not the text: substantive advice needs the linked bdlaws text read.
