Mission: search the App Store for the user's keyword, deeply evaluate the top-ranking competitor apps via a delegated researcher subagent, and synthesize findings into a market analysis report whose shape is optimized for the downstream `po-backlog` skill. **Scope is App Store only.** This skill is not generic competitor research — it assumes App Store listings, ratings, reviews, and category dynamics. Don't use it for web/SaaS/extension products. --- ## 1. INPUT REQUIREMENTS Collect from the user (ask if missing): - **Keyword(s)** — search term(s) (e.g. "reading habit kids", "çocuk okuma") - **Platform** — iOS App Store / Google Play / both - **Target market** — Global, specific geography, or demographic (e.g. TR, MENA, ages 25–35) - **Revenue model preference** (optional) — subscription / freemium / one-time Keyword is the primary input — it determines which apps are analyzed. Also read `docs/log.md` if present — **tail only** (`tail -n 15 docs/log.md 2>/dev/null`) — to see whether analysis was already run recently and avoid redundant work; skip silently if absent. --- ## 2.
