# Strategy One-Pager Turn a pile of strategy documents into something a company can actually execute: **one page per organizational unit**, where every team's page provably derives from the company page. The output is machine-validated against the same JSON schema the Alaigned product enforces — not just another strategy summary. ## What you produce 1. **A printable strategy artifact — the PDF** — the deliverable the user shares, so it leads. One self-contained HTML file from `scripts/render_cascade.py`: the root one-pager, then a **Strategy Gap Report** page, then the team one-pagers — one A4 landscape page each, laid out to match the product's own PDF export. Run with `--pdf` to produce the PDF directly — the script probes this environment at run time and uses the best engine it actually has (headless Chromium: full fidelity, always wins when present; WeasyPrint; built-in stdlib writer: simplified layout, works everywhere), so **a real PDF always comes out**. When the built-in writer rendered it, attach the HTML alongside — it carries the full design and prints faithfully from any browser.
