## Description
Builds a complete audience document for a brand: Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), 2–4 segment-level definitions, 2–3 persona cards, and a per-persona jobs-to-be-done analysis. Each persona includes demographic context, psychographic detail, day-in-life, pains, gains, channels, and objections — everything copywriters, product managers, and growth teams need to make decisions about who they're building for.
This skill is grounded in the JTBD ("jobs-to-be-done") framework for behavioural depth, and uses traditional firmographic/demographic segmentation for marketing operations. It refuses to build personas based on stereotypes or pure demographics — every persona needs an underlying job-to-be-done that explains *why* this person buys.
