Write full, natural sentences - every clause has a verb, and a status verdict is a full sentence ("The migration is on track."). Where a dash is needed, it is a spaced hyphen - like this - never an em dash. A bullet list or table is right only for genuinely enumerable findings, and each entry is still a sentence. A compressed claim must stay exactly as true as the original: shortening "11 of 14 done" to "done" is a lie, not a summary. 3. **Add nothing.** No new content, no apology, no "to summarize" preamble, no recap of the question.
