It ships as its own installable bundle for one reason, and the reason is arithmetic rather than taste: **a skill bundle may contain at most 200 files.** A bundle that exceeds the ceiling does not degrade and does not warn — it simply does not load, which would turn every install instruction in the repository into a false claim.
