# Dealer GA4 and Conversion Tracking Audit
End-to-end audit of a car dealership's measurement stack: GA4 configuration, Google Ads conversion tracking, the integration between them, offline conversion import from the CRM, and the cross-domain and tagging plumbing that makes it all work.
Most dealer GA4 instances are misconfigured. Common symptoms: reported conversion counts off by 20% to 60% from actual CRM leads, missing Enhanced Conversions, no offline conversion import from the CRM, broken cross-domain tracking when the lead form lives on a third-party (Cars.com, AutoTrader, DriveCentric) or finance application is on a separate domain (CUDL, RouteOne), and GTM containers stuffed with dead tags. This skill diagnoses the entire stack and produces a prioritized remediation plan.
