# Create a visual explainer Build a mental model the reader can use, not just a shorter version of the source. The reader should be able to explain the idea afterward, apply it to a new example, and know where the explanation stops being reliable. Work locally without an account or MCP connection. Preserve the user's chosen audience, format, scope, and visual style. If a different file format is explicitly requested, keep it and use suitable available tools rather than quietly delivering HTML instead. Publishing is optional and separate. ## Choose what the reader needs to understand Identify the question the explainer answers and what the audience already knows.
