# LinkedIn Outreach One connection note and one DM per lead. The templates are fixed and live in `references/copy-templates.md`; this skill picks one per lead and fills it from evidence. ## Pipeline contract **Stage 15 of 20.** Reads `13-personalized.csv` (and `09-signals.csv`). Writes `15-linkedin.csv` (`lead_id, template, topic, connection_note, dm, linkedin_url`). Files live in `runs/<run>/`. Column definitions: [`/prospecting-system`](../prospecting-system/SKILL.md). Rows without a `linkedin_url` are skipped. ## Pick ONE template per lead | Evidence on the lead | Template | |---|---| | `source_type=engager` and a real comment (20+ characters, not "great post" / "+1" / an emoji) | Assumed-Knowledge | | follower, member, attendee, lookalike, or search lead; or an engager who only reacted | Pain-Pivot | | segment marks them as a vendor, agency, or partner to your buyers rather than a buyer | Integration-Partner | | `screen=fail` | skip — no draft | Never blend templates. The template name goes in the `template` column so reply rates can be compared per template in stage 20. ## Drafting rules These are the rules the original drafter enforces; keep them all. - `connection_note` max **300 characters** — count them; LinkedIn truncates. `dm` max **5 sentences**. - Fill brackets from evidence only: the signal, the page they follow, the idea in their comment. If a bracket has no evidence, rewrite the sentence around what you do know. Never invent a fact about a person or
