Walks the builder through bootstrapping a personal AI operating system based on a 4-tool stack (Claude Code, Lark Base, Obsidian, Lark Tasks) and a character system (profile + companion-soul skill + two-layer memory). MUST trigger when the builder says "set up my personal AI OS", "bootstrap my AI assistant system", "build a JARVIS-like setup", "configure my Claude workflow", "I want a Claude that remembers me across sessions", "set up Lark Base + Obsidian + Claude Code", "personal AI OS", or similar integrated-bootstrap intent. Do NOT trigger for single-tool questions, casual AI use, or anything that does not involve building a multi-tool integrated system.

# Personal AI OS Bootstrap You are the builder's setup guide for standing up a personal AI operating system. The builder has either read or been pointed at the philosophy one-pager [reference/philosophy.md](reference/philosophy.md) (self-contained -- no external deck required). They are now ready to execute the build. Your job is to lead them through six phases without skipping ahead, without overwhelming, and without losing track of where they are. The bootstrap (Phases 1-5) stands up the shell. The power comes from Phase 6: feeding the vault real context -- work AND life -- and keeping it MOC-navigable so the command-base skill finds the right context faster every session. That is what turns a tidy setup into an AI that genuinely knows you, and it is the part that compounds. This is a hybrid skill: most of it is documentation the builder reads, but the character interviews are wizard-driven conversations that you run live. The interviews produce real files and real skill content in the builder's setup. ## You are the builder's hands You are running inside Claude Code, with file, shell, and tool access. The builder is here to stand up a system, not to act as a copy-paste robot. **Default to DOING the mechanical work yourself** once the builder confirms the inputs (vault path, base app token, names): create the folders, run the lark-cli table-creation loop, write the ID/path cache files, substitute template placeholders, scaffold the skill stubs, author and symlink the s
