> **Kai root note:** `knowledge/`, `harness/`, and `scripts/` paths in this skill live in the Kai install, not the user's project. Resolve them against the first ancestor directory of this SKILL.md that contains a `knowledge/` folder (the Kai plugin root, `~/.claude/kai`, or the kai-cmo-harness repo). `MARKETING.md`, `memory/`, and any output files live in the current project. If a referenced `scripts/` command is not available in this install, say so, skip it, and continue with the file-based guidance — never fabricate its output.
## Objective
An approved editorial calendar covering a month or a quarter, where every slot has a scored reason to exist, a named persona, a keyword target, and a brief specific enough to write from. Content grouped into pillars and clusters so the calendar builds topical authority rather than accumulating unrelated posts. Optionally, the pieces themselves, produced and gated.
The kill list is part of the deliverable. A calendar that kept every idea was not a plan.
## Done when
Work type `strategy-plan` (`also_covers: content-calendar`) — floor **E3/C3/O1** (`harness/eco-floors.yaml`).
- **E3** — a named human approved the exact calendar: topics, angles, keyword targets, persona assignments, dates, and formats.
- **C3** — `banned_word_check` passes on the plan, and a named non-producer read it end to end. Every calendar row traces to a scored row in `_idea-eval.md` with a source location.
- **O1** — the calendar names the first piece it spawn
