# Facebook Ads Structure and Learning Review **Tells you whether the account is cut into too many pieces to work, and what that is costing you.** Meta needs roughly fifty optimisation events per ad set per week to deliver stably. An account split into fourteen ad sets on a modest budget cannot give any of them that, so every one of them stays in the expensive part of its life permanently — and none of it shows up as an error. It shows up as erratic cost per result that nobody can explain, and as a monthly conversation about which audience is "not working" when the real answer is that there are too many of them. **What you get back** - **The event volume test** — for every ad set, weekly optimisation events against the fifty-event threshold, so you can see which ones can actually be judged. - **A fragmentation read** — ad sets and ads relative to budget, and what the budget per ad set would need to be for the structure to work at all. - **The reset ledger.** Which edits restarted delivery, when, and what the following days cost compared to the days before. - **Duplicate and near-duplicate ad sets** competing inside the same campaign. - **A consolidation proposal** — what to merge into what, with the spend affected on each line. - **A coverage statement**, including a plain statement of what cannot be read. **Read-only.** It never merges, pauses or edits anything. ## How to run this **Three calls to a spoken answer:** find the dataset → schema and *coverage verdict
