The skill runs before the analysis skills, not instead of them. Its output is evidence organized for consumption, not a finding. ## Scope Up to one deal package per session. A deal package may contain any number of files. The count drops to a subset-only run when the package contains more than 15 documents and the user identifies which should be prioritized, or when a document is password-protected or otherwise unreadable. This skill does not perform due diligence, underwriting, legal review, or financial analysis. It extracts, normalizes, and flags. It does not interpret. **The line is between what a document says and what it means.** This skill reads, maps, and reconciles. It does not evaluate whether the rent roll is accurate, whether the T-12 understates expenses, or whether the PSA has unfavorable terms.
