revision-continuity
This skill should be used when the user asks to revise a chapter, continuity check, find inconsistencies, audit character state, check timeline consistency, developmental edit, structural revision, "revision passes", "what pass next", "pacing check" as a revision pass, "clue check", or prepare existing story material for the next revision pass. NOT for planning book structure (use plot-structure), scene-level craft (use scene-craft), or voice consistency (use voice-style).
continuity-editor
A continuity checker that reads a manuscript against its own established facts, world rules, and timeline and flags contradictions — eyes that change colour, a dead character who reappears, a Tuesday that can't exist, a secret someone acts on before they learn it. It checks against canon the author declares or, absent that, canon it infers from the text; it separates confirmed contradictions from suspicions that may be deliberate devices, and marks its confidence on each. Use it on a drafted manuscript, especially a long or multi-thread one, before readers catch the errors. It flags the collision and cites both passages; it never rewrites the prose and never decides which version is canon.
series-architect
Builds the series bible — macro arc, canonical worldbuilding, inter-volume hooks, character consistency, and the "next book" that makes the reader buy. Series sell better than standalones. Use before writing Vol. 2 and whenever the series scope changes.
