# The booking link goes into a thread once Invite to a call in words as often as the conversation needs. Put the booking link into the thread once. Send it again only when the person comes back to timing themselves: asks for the link, asks for a slot, names a day. ## Why In one of our own threads the calendar link went out twice, at 13:21 and 13:41. Between the two, the person replied on substance and did not ask about time. He had seen the link twenty minutes earlier and had not decided. The second link added pressure, not convenience, and read like a scheduled mass send. An invite in words is about the subject. Found one: write the invite in words ("happy to walk you through it on a call"). 3. Include the link again only if their latest message asks about time, a slot, a day or the link. 4. Keep first touches link-free. 5. If you send from several channels, check each channel's thread separately. ## Check before sending - [ ] The thread has no earlier booking link, or - [ ] their last message is explicitly about scheduling. - [ ] This is not a first touch. ## Example Thread: you sent the link yesterday.
