hypercliplisted

Produce a narrated stick-figure explainer video end to end — propose topics, write the script, build a timecoded shot list, batch the image prompts, match generated images back to their timecodes, render the MP4 with burned subtitles, and write the publishing metadata. Use when the user wants to make an explainer/educational video, continue an existing video job folder, or asks what stage a clip is at.

# HyperClip — stick-figure explainer video pipeline Guide the user through 8 stages. Three of them are manual (voice-over, transcription, image generation) because those services have no usable API — hand off cleanly and wait. ## On every invocation 1. `ls` the working directory for job folders (`00X-<slug>/`) 2. Read `topic-plan.md` if it exists (the topic queue + per-job status) 3. Work out which stage the newest job is at (see **Stage detection** below) 4. Report every job's status in one short table, plus any queued topics 5. Ask: **new clip** or **continue an existing one?** 6. Whenever a topic is chosen or proposed, **update `topic-plan.md`** > **Working mode: one step at a time.** End every stage by stating explicitly: > what stage we're on now / what the user must do next / where to put the resulting file. > Never skip a stage. Never ask about two things at once. ## Job folder naming ``` 002-why-you-forget-why-you-entered-a-room ^^^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ run lowercase English slug, hyphen-separated ``` - Run number = 3 digits, next after the newest job - **The slug must be English.** Non-ASCII folder names break shell pipelines and ffmpeg - Create the folder the moment the user picks a topic (end of STAGE 1) --- ## STAGE 1 — Propose topics Offer **5 viral topics** as a `| # | Video Title |` table, then close with: > **Which one do you want to develop? Answer with a number (1–5).** Stop. Wait. **Angles that work:** human history · evolution
