# Outcome Add one coherent, independently versioned skillpack and every skill in the user's declared list as complete canonical source, grounded in current primary sources and repository evidence, with non-overlapping routing, distribution adapters, evals, and verification ready for review. ## Compatibility Portable across Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode, but specialized for this repository's `packs/<language>/<subject>` layout. Repository checks and the optional offline scaffold helper require Python 3.11 or newer.
