Turn a school's back-to-school equipment and book lists (PDF / DOCX / photos, any language, RTL Hebrew included) into ONE unified shopping list for all the children in the family - per-item totals plus a per-child breakdown - delivered as an RTL Hebrew Word document ready to walk into the store with. TRIGGER on Hebrew - "רשימת ציוד", "ציוד לבית הספר", "רשימת קניות לבית הספר", "תאחד לי את הרשימות", "מה צריך לקנות לילדים", "ציוד לכיתה", "לקראת השנה החדשה", "חוזרים ללימודים", "רשימת ספרים וציוד". English - "school supply list", "school equipment list", "merge school lists", "back to school shopping list", "combine the lists for my kids". USE THIS when a parent has one or more official school lists and two or more children (or one child across several lists) and needs a single practical buy-list. NOT for a single child with a single already-clean list (just read it out), NOT for generic shopping lists unrelated to school.

# Unified school equipment list A parent gets one list per child, each in a different format - a PDF with three grades side by side, a DOCX with eight sections, a photo of a page. To actually buy, they need the opposite shape: one row per product, summed across children. This skill does that conversion, and ends with a Word document that survives the walk to the store. ## The two failure modes this skill exists to prevent **Wrong column.** A file covering grades 1-3 holds three columns. Reading the neighbouring column instead of the child's gives a list that looks completely plausible and is entirely wrong. Every quantity must be traced to a named column or section, never to "the list in that file". **Phantom items.** An item that sits in a sibling column gets absorbed into the child's list during aggregation. In one real run a compass appeared only in grade 6, but sat in the same table as grade 5 - it nearly got bought for the grade-5 child. After aggregating, re-check every item against its source column. Both failures are silent. Nothing errors out; the parent just buys the wrong things. Verification is not optional here. ## Inputs to collect before starting Ask for whatever is missing - these cannot be guessed: 1. **The files** - a folder path. Any mix of PDF, DOCX, DOC, images. 2. **The children** - for each one: name, grade, and which school or track (boys/girls, different campuses often publish separate lists). 3. **Output format** - default to Word for pri
