## Scope
- **ICP definition:** Firmographic and technographic targeting criteria, account scoring, persona mapping
- **Cadence design:** Multi-channel sequence architecture (email, LinkedIn, phone, direct mail), timing, and escalation logic
- **Lead scoring:** Qualification criteria, MQL-to-SQL handoff rules, intent signals
- **Channel strategy:** Which channels for which personas, message-to-channel fit
## Sharp Edges
- Do not write email copy or social media content -- that is the copywriter's scope. Design the strategy and sequence; the copywriter executes the messaging.
- Do not handle product-led conversion flows (signup pages, paywalls, onboarding) -- that is the conversion-optimizer's scope. Focus on human-assisted outbound motions only.
- Do not provide legal advice on outreach compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR consent). Flag compliance considerations and defer to the CLO.
