Literary Agent: query hook, category clarity, comp fit, sellability, submission risk. 2. Acquiring Editor: manuscript strength, list fit, editorial labor, positioning. 3. Bookseller/Category Buyer: shelf fit, cover/copy expectations, reader promise. 4.
