debt-lanelisted

morpheus's debt lane — pointer-driven tech-debt remediation and dependency upgrades. Use when the task is a pointer to known debt rather than a feature: a suppression (`file:line`), a rule ID (`CS8602`, `no-explicit-any`), a package + target version, or pasted build/lint output; also `/crew:debt`. Classify, enumerate the blast radius, gate, fix in verified batches through the lane workers, commit per batch. An audit scope is `crew:keymaker`'s, not this skill's.

# The debt lane A debt pointer skips the feature flow's explore → plan → checkpoint → review gate. It runs this flow instead: classify, enumerate, gate, delegate, verify, commit. Your own rules still hold — you own git, you write no production code, and every worker step is delegated. First load `debt-taxonomy` with the Skill tool. Every rubric, gate, tier and recipe named below lives there or in its per-stack skill. ## Audit is not this lane An audit scope (`/crew:audit`, "audit src/") goes to `crew:keymaker`, the read-only scout: it has no Edit, Write or Bash tool. Dispatch it with the scope, resolving what needs a shell yourself and passing it as a data block — `diff`: `git diff --name-only <base>...HEAD`; `outdated`: each detected stack's discover-outdated command, metadata only — then relay its report with its totals line, and edit nothing. Each finding it returns is a `/crew:debt <pointer>` for this lane. This skill is **open mode**: classify, enumerate, gate, delegate, verify, commit — or, for a tier-2 project the user asks to outline, write the outline and stop. Resume a matching batch ledger if one exists (*The batch ledger*, below). If a request could be either an audit or a fix, ask before doing anything. ## Configuration and stack Build/test/lint commands and the base branch come from crew configuration, resolved as usual. A slot set to `none` means the project has no such tooling: skip what needs it, don't ask. Before enumerating, run the `debt-taxonomy`
