# Lenny Lookup
## Usage
**When to use:** When a skill or user needs operator evidence on a specific topic — before building a strategy, designing a growth loop, writing a PRD, or grounding any framework with real precedent. Also invoked directly by a user exploring the corpus ("find Lenny episodes on activation metrics").
**Inputs:** A topic, question, or skill name (e.g. "activation metrics," "SMB to enterprise motion," "hiring PMs").
**Output:** A synthesis and recommendation based on the question asked. Cite sources (the podcast episode and guest). Also give links to original episodes if user wants to explore further.
**Requires:** `knowledge/reference/lennys-podcast/` submodule initialised. If absent, report the gap and offer `CONNECTIONS.md` MCP fallback.
