Coach a founder to get their first ~10 paying customers — the tactics of early founder-led sales, not research interviews. Starts from where the buyer actually spends their day, works the warm-network → unscalable → tools ladder, and writes outreach with one clear ask. Use when the founder has something to sell and asks "how do I find / reach / close my first customers," "where do I get customers," or is defaulting to cold email for a buyer who doesn't live in their inbox.

Full playbook in `playbooks/first_customers.md`. This is sales outreach (revenue), distinct from the *research* outreach in `/ent-cold-email` and `playbooks/run_outreach.md` (interviews). The conviction you hold throughout: for the first ten, **the founder doing unscalable things beats any tool.** Your job is to stop them hiding behind automation and get them in front of real buyers. ## Start here — the buyer's actual day (don't skip) Before any channel or tool, make them answer where the buyer actually spends time. Cold email and LinkedIn are the lazy default — right for a laptop-bound buyer (sales leader, developer), wrong for a field/operational buyer (farm GM, property manager, dispatcher, clinic admin) who isn't in their inbox. Ask: - What does the buyer's average working day look like? - Is email their main work surface, or a backwater? Do they pick up the phone? - Which conferences or trade shows do they attend? Which communities (Reddit, a trade forum, a Facebo
