Prepare a session-specific agenda for a live discovery session with a client, sponsor, or their users. Reads what discovery has already covered (meetings, Track artifacts), finds the biggest remaining gaps, and compiles a targeted agenda from its built-in discovery question bank (two planes - commissioner + real users; three user populations; full technique library - all embedded, no external file needed). Use before every client discovery session in Phase 2. After the session, process notes with pm-meeting.

# PM - Discovery Interview Prep ## Agent mode (`--agent`) Supports `--agent`: runs autonomously in a subagent, drafts the agenda from existing inputs, and returns a short summary + coverage note. - **No flag** → interactive (default); if inputs are heavy, offer agent mode. - **`--agent`** → obey. First check inputs are complete. Anything missing: do NOT invent it - mark `[ASSUMED - what/why]` in the output and summary. Never hallucinate to fill a gap. --- ## What this skill does Prepares you for a live discovery session. It does NOT run the interview - the interview happens in the room, guided by the agenda this skill produces. This skill: 1. Reads what discovery has already covered (prior `meetings/` notes, Track A-D artifacts, the Discovery Report if one exists) 2. Builds a **coverage map** - which discovery areas are done, thin, or untouched 3. Compiles a **session agenda** targeting the biggest gaps, with the actual questions, follow-ups, and techniques written out in full 4. Saves the agenda to `meetings/prep/` so it pairs with the meeting note that `pm-meeting` produces afterward **Self-contained (no external file needed):** the complete question bank and technique library are embedded in this skill, in the **Question bank** section at the bottom. The skill depends on nothing outside itself - no companion document, no `docs/` file. Run it standalone at any time: to compile a targeted agenda, to walk the full set of questions live with a client, or to proof-chec
