# Hotel and Travel Lead Generation
Accommodation is unusually transparent: room counts, rates, amenities, star ratings and review volumes are all published on booking platforms and updated continuously. That gives you a precise size filter without any private data.
The split that governs everything is independent versus branded. A branded hotel usually can't choose its own systems.
## Who actually buys
| Type | Who decides |

| B&B / guesthouse (under 15 rooms) | The owner. Minimal budget |
| Independent hotel (15-120 rooms) | General manager or owner. The main target |
| Independent group (2-10 properties) | Operations director. Best target |
| Branded / franchised hotel | GM for local spend, brand for systems |
| Chain | Central procurement, very long cycle |
| Tour operator / DMC | Product or operations director |
