# Manage Household Food Journal Fullwell has two explicit authority modes: - A **local guest household** works without a Fullwell cloud account and is the default for a new installation. It supports grocery-history collection, recipe collection, food-delivery indexing, direct restocking, recipe recall, and household meal planning on this computer. - A **cloud household** uses the hosted MCP service and is required for cloud backup, WhatsApp, collection sharing, invitations, and multiplayer access.
