# Citation Verification Never let a fabricated, misattributed, or metadata-wrong citation reach the user. ## Scope Covers **academic citations only**: PMIDs, DOIs, PMC IDs, arXiv IDs, NCT numbers, paper titles, author names, journal references, author-year citations, and bibliographies.
