# Project Doc v3 — Documentation System Generator ## Overview Generates a **documentation system** for a project, not a single file. **v3 em uma frase:** a doc deixa de ser file-scanner cego e passa a derivar de **toda evidência que o projeto tem** — arquivos, handoffs, memória, grafo, git log e os **transcripts das sessões** — guardando tudo num journal append-only versionado, projetando só o que está vivo e verdadeiro, sem nunca vazar um secret pro git. **A estrutura de saída é idêntica à v2** (markers `project-doc:v2` preservados): mudam a FONTE (cascata de tiers — Tier 0 discurso da invocação → Tier 1 arquivos → … → Tier 5 humano; ver **Sources**) e o MOTOR (journal + projeção — ver **Collect & Project**).
