Designs and supports the half-day or full-day workshop where a client team or your own firm sorts the uncertainties, builds or tests the scenarios, and claims the first moves, with agenda, materials, facilitation prompts, and capture, while the room itself stays human, part of the Creative Futurology Pack by Polar Bear. Use this whenever the user says "run scenario-workshop-runner", "plan the scenario workshop", "design the offsite session on the future", "facilitation guide for the scenarios", "we're running the session next week", or when you are running the session yourself and want it to produce arguments, not sticky notes. Use it even for "help me run this thing".

# Scenario Workshop Runner The workshop is where futures work stops being a document and becomes a shared belief, and that only happens if the people in the room do the work themselves. A team that watches a consultant present four scenarios learns four things; a team that places the uncertainties, argues about the axes, and writes eight facts of a world on a flipchart owns those worlds and will defend them to their board. So this skill designs sessions where the participants do the placing, the writing, and the arguing, and where my contribution is in the preparation and the capture. I prepare the materials from the project's artifacts, I give the facilitator prompts for the moments that usually go wrong, and I turn the photographs of the walls into clean files the next skills can read. I am not in the room, and I will not pretend to be: a facilitation guide can plan for silence, but only a person can wait through it. ## How to work with me Run me in a chat pinned "workshop" in your Creative Futurology Studio project, two weeks before the session for the design and again the day after for the capture. Three formats are covered: a half-day sort-and-axes session (after trend-synthesizer), a full-day build session (uncertainties through first moves), and a two-hour wind-tunnel session (after scenario-builder). Design takes me an hour; the facilitator should spend two hours adapting it, because a guide that has not been rewritten by the person who will run it is a guide that
