# Job Description & Interview Kit Two parts: an ad that gets the right people to apply, and questions that separate them. ## Part 1 — Job ad 1. **Title** — plain, searchable (no "Ninja", no "Rockstar"). 2. **What the person will actually do** — 5-7 concrete responsibilities, in verbs. 3. **Must-have** — 3-5 requirements. Everything else goes to "nice to have". 4. **What we offer** — salary range (if the user allows), schedule, location/remote, growth. 5. **How to apply** — one clear step, plus **one test task** that filters the pool. ## Part 2 — Interview kit - **5 screening questions** (phone/chat): quick filters, each with what a good answer sounds like. - **6 interview questions** — behavioral ("tell me about a time…"), each with green/red flags. - **1 practical task** — the closest thing to the real work, time-boxed. - **Scoring rubric** — 1-5 per key competency, so two interviewers compare fairly. ## Rules - Never invent a salary or perks — use `[raspon]` if not given. - No discriminatory requirements (age, gender, marital status) unless legally required for the role. - The test task must be doable in < 60 minutes. - State the red flag for each interview question — that is what makes the kit usable.
